Rachel Anne Willey, the name behind RAW by Nature Photography.
I’m a traveller, explorer, and crave adventure. You will find me indulged in good coffee, delicious food, out in nature and soaking up ocean side sunshine.
My love for photography started at the age of 8 years old, a little girl engrossed at the beauty of the camera, the images it was able to capture and the storytelling that captivated. That dream lived inside of me for many years as life took me to new places, as I told the story of my own life amongst the many people along the way photography has always played a part.
My passion is to capture RAW moments; the art of storytelling; capturing the lives and the unique characters or elements in each shoot. I like to say, my heart is my lens - the photography is the reflection of that. It’s an honour and privilege to be able to tell the story and capture moments, knowing that these photos create a forever home impression or a gift of love shared between friends or loved ones! I would LOVE to create with you, capture special moments and cultivate an environment to capture the story.
Whether it be a newborn, family fun, styled portrait shoot or a business being captured I enjoy capturing the RAW essence of each moment. I am passionate about telling stories through images, capturing the raw in-between moments.
